General registration

You can register for the Netherlands Autism Register if you belong to one of the groups below and currently live in the Netherlands. To register, click on one of the links below. You will then be taken to a secure page where you can leave your personal details. After filling in your details, you will receive an email from the Netherlands Autism Register with the link to the initial survey to complete your registration. Completing this survey takes approximately 20 - 30 minutes on average.

People with autism aged 16 or older may decide for themselves whether they want to register with the Dutch Autism Register.

Registration parent/guardian 15-

When an autistic child is 15 years or younger, registration can only be done by the child's parents and/or guardians.

Registration representative 16+

A legal representative is someone who is allowed to act for the autistic person and make decisions in areas in which this person is incapacitated, for example when the person with autism also has an intellectual disability.
